About 6 weeks ago I crashed on my mountain bike on a section of trail that I have ridden many times. A classic over the handlebars, no damage to the bike, but a torn rotator cuff for me.

This surgery will be very similar to the other shoulder that I did 7 years ago. I’m hoping that is goes as smooth as last time.

For those wondering if I’m going to stop riding the bike, it’s not happening. I’ve ridden over 35,000 miles in the last 7 years, so I’ll be back to the bike as fast as I can.
